1. Processing Purpose

1. Providing shortened URL creation, redirects, and statistics; link management (members and non-members)
2. Blocking illegal/harmful links, preventing improper use (spam, bots, hacking), processing reports, and responding to security incidents
3. Member registration, email verification, login, and sending management emails for non-member links
4. Responding to inquiries (via email address provided), and analyzing statistics for Service improvement
5. Record retention required by applicable law and responding to lawful requests from relevant authorities

2. Personal Information Items Collected

1. Members: email, name (nickname), password (encrypted in non-reversible manner), registration/login times and access information
2. Non-member link management: email (if email delivery is selected), management password (encrypted)
3. Link creation: destination address, creation time, access information at creation
4. Contact: email, subject, content / Reports: reported address, reason, content
5. Automatically collected: IP address and port, access time, browser/operating system/device information (User-Agent), referrer, language setting, IP-based estimated country/city/ISP, visitor identification cookie, request logs
6. Ads: ad products shown on the redirect, main and viewed-ads screens, ad click logs, and saved ad products (☆ Save)

3. Retention and Use Period

Personal information is destroyed without delay once the processing purpose is achieved. However, the following information is retained for the stated periods before destruction.

1. Member information: until member withdrawal (destroyed without delay upon request)
2. Saved ad products (☆ Save on the viewed-ads page): until you remove them. Deleted on withdrawal for members; for non-members (by visitor cookie), deleted 1 year after saving
3. Access logs, login records, link check records, ad click logs, email send logs: 5 years (to prevent improper use/resolve disputes and comply with retention period under the Communications Secrecy Act)
4. Links: until deleted by user/administrator or automatically deleted after 3 months (90 days) without access. Deleted link addresses and destination summaries are retained for 5 years to prevent address reuse and resolve disputes.
5. Inquiries/responses: 3 years after receipt (following retention period for consumer complaints/dispute resolution under the E-Commerce Consumer Protection Act)
6. If applicable law requires longer retention, information is retained for that period.

4. Provision to Third Parties

1. The Operator does not provide users' personal information to third parties. However, information may be provided with user consent, if specifically provided by applicable law, or if requested by investigative agencies or courts through proper legal procedures.

5. Processing Entrustment and Overseas Transfer

1. Email sending (registration verification, link management, inquiry responses): Google LLC (Gmail) — Transfer destination country: USA; transfer items: recipient email address and email content; transfer timing/method: network transmission when sending email; retention period: per Google's policy. To avoid this entrustment, do not use features requiring email entry (member registration, email delivery, inquiries).
2. Server hosting is processed on domestic servers directly managed by the Operator.

6. Destruction Procedures and Methods

1. When retention periods expire or processing purposes are achieved, personal information is automatically deleted or destroyed without delay following administrator verification.
2. Electronic files are deleted in non-recoverable manner; backup files are sequentially deleted after retention period (7 days) expires.

7. User Rights and Exercise Methods

1. Users may at any time request access, correction, deletion, or processing suspension of their personal information, or request account deletion.
2. Requests may be made via the [Contact] section of the Service or at valuehubkorea@gmail.com. After identity verification, the Operator will act without delay. Members may change their name and password, and withdraw (delete their account) after confirming their password, directly under My page > Account; on withdrawal, member information, the links they created and saved ad products are deleted without delay (blocked links are kept to respond to illegal use).
3. However, requests may be restricted if the information is required to be retained under applicable law or if deletion may infringe on third-party rights.

8. Security Measures

1. Passwords and management passwords are stored in non-reversible manner (bcrypt); authentication link tokens are stored as hashes only.
2. All communications are encrypted via HTTPS. Administrator access is restricted with access logging, login attempt lockout, and automated attack blocking.
3. Databases and accounts are separated by site; daily backups are maintained with access restricted to administrators.

9. Cookies

1. The Service uses cookies for visitor identification (1 year), login persistence (until the browser is closed), and language setting (1 year).
2. Google AdSense ads are shown on the main screen and elsewhere; Google and other third parties may use cookies to collect visits to this Service and other sites (behavioral information) for personalized ads. You can turn off personalized ads in Google Ads Settings (adssettings.google.com); details: policies.google.com/technologies/ads.
3. Users may disable or delete cookies in browser settings. This may prevent access to certain features such as login and link creation.
4. Clicking Coupang Partners ads on the redirect, main or viewed-ads screens directs to Coupang's site; subsequent information processing follows Coupang's privacy policy.

12. Policy Changes

This Privacy Policy becomes effective as of 2026-09-26. When changes occur, the Operator will notify users via the Service at least 7 days in advance (or 30 days for significant changes).
