Do links have a validity period?
No. Once created, an lsu.kr link does not disappear on its own after days or months. Even printed on a flyer or business card that stays around for a long time, it still works whenever it is tapped later.
That said, this only means the link itself keeps redirecting — not that the destination site keeps running. If the destination closes or its address changes, you still need to manage that separately.
What happens if the destination site becomes unreachable?
If a destination address fails three checks in a row, lsu.kr automatically pauses that link. A paused link does not redirect to the destination even when tapped.
Once the destination becomes reachable again, the link automatically resumes with no action required. You can also check the paused status yourself in managing and editing a short link.
Can I delete a link myself?
There is no on-screen feature for users to delete a link directly. For a link you no longer use, pausing it in the management screen stops it from redirecting.
If a full deletion is genuinely necessary — for example, because personal data is involved — contact the operator. Using pause instead of deletion by default is a policy choice that preserves stats history and report records to prevent abuse.
Why is this an advantage for flyers or business cards that stay in use for a long time?
A flyer or business card is often printed once and kept in circulation for months or even years. If a link suddenly expired during that time, you would have to reprint the whole batch — lsu.kr never expires, so you can print it without worrying about that.
If you relocate a shop or a booking page address changes, the link itself stays the same — you only need to enter a new destination in managing and editing a short link, so you can keep the printed material up to date without reprinting.

Yes. As long as the destination site is still running normally, an old link keeps working exactly as before.

The system periodically checks whether the destination address is reachable. Three consecutive failures trigger an automatic pause, and once normal access is confirmed again, it resumes automatically without anyone needing to step in.
What should I do with a link if I close my shop or disband a group?
